Job Duties: matching, batching and coding accounts payable invoices; opening and sorting incoming mail; sorting checks; researching and resolving invoice discrepancies; vendor reconciliations; and assisting Accounts Payable department with special projects.
Qualifications:
- 2+ year accounts payable experience
- Large ERP Systems experience (i.e. SAP, Oracle, JDEdwards)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organization skills
