Job Description:
- Partner with department leaders and perform monthly inventory counting and inventory variance analysis
- Establish inventory targets, provide forecasts and reporting/analysis for variance forecast
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reporting
- Manage Warehousing and Freight spending
- Perform monthly analysis of COGS and research any discrepancies compared to forecast
- Analyze manufacturing activities to investigate variances
- Assist with yearly audit functions and provide timely supporting documentation
- Assist with other month-end activities as needed
- Provide accounting and administrative support to the Director of Finance as needed
- Existing experience working with SAP Business One strongly preferred
- Strong project management skills and verbal/written communication
- Team player with a strong work ethic and self-starting attitude
- Ability to demonstrate reliability and work in a fast-paced setting, ability to multitask
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 4 years' experience working within manufacturing accounting
