Accounting Specialist

This Accounting Specialist supports daily financial operations by managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing invoices and payments, and preparing accurate journal entries.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices and payments, and prepare accurate journal entries.
• Maintain organized financial records, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely and accurate data entry in Quick Books.
• Assist with month‑end close activities, support audits, and help maintain compliance with company accounting procedures.
