Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Participates in multiple accounting advisory engagements supporting capital markets and transaction activities.
• Applies intermediate knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
• Assists in preparing and reviewing technical accounting analyses and client deliverables.
• Coordinates engagement tasks and supports execution timelines.
• Collaborates with team members and specialists to support integrated service delivery.
• Identifies opportunities to improve engagement processes and outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting concepts.

• CPA or progress toward CPA.
• Experience supporting audit readiness or complex accounting initiatives.

• Travel:
  Up to 25%.
• Peak Periods:
  Increased workload during active engagements.
• Licensure Progress:
  Progress toward CPA where applicable.
• Scheduling:
  Flexibility to meet client deadlines.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $88,900 - $168,300

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
