Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:
Prepare complex journal entries and maintain records, including general ledger accounts.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Conduct monthly balance sheet and P&L fluctuation analysis.
Cooperate with FP&A and accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data and business analytics, such as forecasting and budgeting.
Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
Develop and implement accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes where necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
