· Glendale, CA### About the Role About the role Brand Properties manages 55 apartment units across 5 buildings in the Glendale area, family-owned and operated for over 40 years.

This position is the ongoing, day-to-day bookkeeping for the portfolio.

This is a hands-on role working closely with ownership.

Job Responsibilities:

Accounts receivable (tenants). Accounts payable (vendors). Bank reconciliation. Frequent reporting for ownership.

What we're looking for:

Lives locally in or near Glendale, available to work in person. Fluent in Armenian and English. Hands-on App Folio experience is required - we're not able to provide platform training. Bookkeeping experience, ideally with apartments and shopping centers. Comfortable working independently day to day, while giving a clear daily verbal updates. Organized, competent and communicative.

Hours and pay:
Part-time, roughly 15-20 hours/week, flexible within business hours Daily call with ownership for the first stretch (what got done, what didn't, anything flagged) Pay: $25-32/hour, depending on experience
