Robert Half is searching for an Accounts Payable Manager to start immediately for an assignment that offers great long-term potential. As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will match and batch code, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. The assignment offers an opportunity to transition full-time.

Supervise and lead the accounts payable team.

Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.

Ensure efficient and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and related transactions.

Establish and enforce policies and procedures for accounts payable processes.

Review and approve high-value or critical invoices.

Work closely with other departments for necessary approvals.

Authorize payments within established approval limits.

Ensure compliance with payment terms and discount opportunities.

Collaborate with finance and budgeting teams to manage cash flow related to accounts payable.

Monitor and control expenses within budgetary constraints.
