Role Description

This full-time Administrative Assistant role will be based remotely. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, support executives, facilitate communication, maintain schedules, and handle clerical duties. Responsibilities also include managing phone calls professionally, completing paperwork for new accounts and servicing existing ones, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to manage schedules, organize tasks, and support senior leadership.
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interactions with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document management, and data entry, to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience at New York Life, or working for a New York Life agent/advisor required.
