About the role

We are seeking a polished, professional, and confident Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the experience of visitors, clients, and employees by maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and thrives in a fast‑pace setting while managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

What

you’ll do
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor check‑in and badge coordination
  • Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate meetings, conference room scheduling, and office calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and common areas
  • Provide general administrative support to internal teams as needed
  • Assist with office coordination tasks, including ordering supplies and supporting events
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all guests entering the office
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
  • Professional, polished presence with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Confident and composed in handling a variety of situations and personalities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and office systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented

The pay range for this role is:
23 - 28 USD per hour(Glendale, CA)
