Job SummaryThe Therapy Posting Coordinator is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing clinician visit documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance, and timely payroll and billing submission. This role serves as a key liaison between caregivers, schedulers, supervisors, and administrative staff to resolve documentation discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Review and verify clinician visit notes for completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
- Ensure all documentation meets company policies and compliance standards before posting.
- Match verified visit notes with scheduled visits to confirm services were performed as assigned.
- Process and post approved visit documentation into payroll and billing systems according to established procedures.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies related to visit documentation, scheduling, payroll, or billing entries.
- Communicate professionally with agencies, caregivers, schedulers, and supervisors to obtain missing or corrected information.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of verified visits and payroll postings.
- Monitor deadlines to ensure timely payroll processing and billing accuracy.
- Support administrative and operational teams with reporting and documentation needs as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate degree preferred. - Previous experience in home health, healthcare administration, payroll coordination, or medical office support preferred.
- Familiarity with home health EMR systems and healthcare documentation processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
