A Recording Document Specialist (RDS) is responsible for the examination, preparation and accurate timely submission of real estate documents on behalf of ePN (eRecording Partners) clients. Real estate documents include all documents related to real estate property that are placed on public record at a local County Recorder office. An RDS is also responsible for all functions associated with the submission process including but not limited to:
Examining documents for specified requirements, researching online county indexes, tracking communication and modifications to real estate documents, basic accounting and reconciliation of fees paid for daily work.
- Regular consistent attendance and ability to work a specified schedule anytime from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Monday through Friday.
- Examining documents for specified requirements.

- Tracking communication and modifications to real estate documents.
- Basic accounting and reconciliation of fees paid for daily work.
- Acceptance of supervision and acceptance of other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships.
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and questions that may arise.
- Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person.
- Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of real estate documents, title insurance, or escrow functions (strongly preferred).
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle large volumes of work with tight deadlines.
Position's Pay Range: $20 - $22/hr.
