Administrative Assistant

Full-time/Day Shift: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay Range: $24.81 - $30.00

Summary:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting various members of the management team by efficiently managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

Essential Functions:

The responsibilities outlined below are essential functions of the position and must be carried out to perform effectively, at least at an acceptable level, as defined by Front Porch. In the future, additional duties may be assigned, which will also be considered essential functions of the position:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the reception area and maintain open and effective communication channels with internal team members, vendors, and all visitors, cultivating positive relationships on behalf of the manager.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Log and oversee the completion of key systems and provide follow-up for various tasks.
  • Performs various clerical duties, which may include assisting with other departments.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the manager.
  • Train new team members in reception and update and manage the shared ride coordinator, if applicable, in the community.

Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Education or Equivalent

Qualifications:

· Essential:
High School/GED – General Studies

· Essential: 2 years;
Administrative Support role
