Job Summary

The Office Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support within a leading CPA firm. This position supports the team and clients by ensuring the office operates efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with firm policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:
  • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, facilities, mail, deliveries, and general administrative needs
  • Support partners and firm leadership with scheduling, meetings, correspondence, and special projects
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees, including workspace, technology, supplies, and administrative documentation
  • Manage relationships with office vendors, building management, IT professionals, and outside service providers
  • Prepare, proofread, edit, and format financial reports and client-facing documents for distribution
  • Facilitate the preparation and secure electronic delivery of tax returns, organizers, engagement letters, and paperless agreements through Safe Send
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client, employee, and firm information
  • Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency, organization, and the employee experience
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Experience
  • 4+ years of office management or administrative management experience; professional services or public accounting experience preferred
Technical Skills
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office and experienced in navigating diverse workplace technologies and business systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and client service-oriented demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

The compensation for this position ranges from $26.44/hr.

- $33.65/hr actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual’s qualifications, experience, and skills.
