• Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns or questions.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for potential issues and perform basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and keep track of inventory.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to learn and follow the VIOC Super Pro process for all services.
• Reliable transportation.

• Inspect and replace car lights and wipers.
• Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed.
• Inspect/replace engine air filter and cabin air filter.
• Add oil to engine based on vehicle specifications.
• Remove, rotate, lift, and reinstall tires for rotation service.
• Lubricate components of the chassis/driveline.
• Perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions.
• Perform second checks by visually verifying calls and ensuring services performed correctly.
• Move from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles.
• Ascend/descend stairs, catwalks, staples to retrieve parts or perform services on top side or underneath vehicle.
• Work for extended periods with arms above head when performing services underneath vehicle on a catwalk.
• Position self to perform required services under hood, related to tires, or on catwalk working under vehicle.
• Move or transport items up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Use tools to perform duties in tight or hard‑to‑reach areas.
• Communicate verbally to ensure services performed accurately, safely, and in proper order.
• Work under varying temperature, noise, and environmental conditions, including hazards, chemicals, fumes, and restricted ventilation.
• Operate in narrow aisles or passageways such as catwalks.
