Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Pricing & Planning Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $60.00 to $66.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of planners by providing coaching, development, and direction to strengthen pricing strategy and media allocation approaches.
  • Review and authorize sales plans and revisions while guiding processes related to audience shortfalls, cross platform adjustments, and general operational updates.
  • Partner with analytics teams to oversee inventory availability, forecast usage, and support strong fill rates across multiple content areas.
  • Act as a strategic resource for sales partners by explaining marketplace trends and assisting with complex plan building or pricing issues.
  • Collaborate with brand focused teams to support sponsorship valuations and guide strategic recommendations for key clients.
Requirements:
  • Bring extensive experience in traditional television planning, pricing, or buying.
  • Have a background working with independent agencies or similar external partners.
  • Demonstrate proven success supervising, mentoring, or developing planning teams.
  • Work efficiently in dynamic, high volume environments with shifting priorities.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Qualifications:
  • Understand forecasting, yield management, and inventory optimization practices used to support revenue driven teams.
  • Apply strong analytical thinking when assessing audience delivery, evaluating performance, or reviewing plan adjustments.
  • Communicate effectively with sales, analytics, operations, and executive level stakeholders.
  • Show confidence using data systems and tools related to pricing, forecasting, or media planning processes.
  • Exhibit sound judgment when providing recommendations that influence sales strategy, revenue outcomes, or inventory usage.
