Location: Glendale, CA (Fully Onsite, 5 days/week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $110,000-$130,000 base salary, plus potential bonus

Our client is a fast-growing medical supply company specializing in innovative manufacturing solutions within the healthcare and dental space. With over 10 years in the market, the company operates with a startup-style environment and is experiencing rapid growth both domestically and globally.
About the RoleOur client is seeking a hands-on Procurement / Purchasing Manager to support a very busy and expanding operation. This role will step into a fast-paced environment and take ownership of purchasing execution, supplier coordination, and procurement operations supporting manufacturing and supply chain needs. This position is ideal for someone who is adaptable, practical, and comfortable working within established processes while navigating frequent change.
The role does not currently have direct reports but works closely with Finance, Operations, and executive leadership.
This is a fully onsite role in Glendale, CA. Candidates must be comfortable working in-office five days per week.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities for materials, components, and services
- Own supplier communication including pricing discussions, lead times, and purchase order execution
- Ensure continuity of supply in a high-growth, high-demand environment
- Partner closely with Finance on purchasing alignment, reporting, and approvals
- Support ERP-driven purchasing processes and maintain data accuracy
- Identify and resolve purchasing issues related to inventory, timing, and vendor performance
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business needs
- Work cross-functionally with operations and leadership to support company growth
- 5-10+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management role
- Bachelor's degree preferred (unless exceptional experience)
- ERP system experience required (any ERP background acceptable)
- Experience in manufacturing or operational environments strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style environments
- Adaptable, flexible, and open to change
