• Support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating and tracking enterprise process initiatives
• Ensure strategic process priorities translate into visible progress and measurable outcomes
• Act as a connective layer between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring successful follow-through on deliverables
• Utilize agency management and related systems, such as Applied Epic

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship
• Proven ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with agency management systems

• Experience in scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders
