Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Vice President of Business at Justin Cole Photography, located in Glendale, CA. The VP of Business will be responsible for overseeing and driving the company’s business operations, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing financial performance, and identifying new growth opportunities. Additional responsibilities include leading project management efforts, developing partnerships, optimizing sales performance, and analyzing overall business efficiency.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business Analysis
- Expertise in Finance and understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Experience in Project Management with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives successfully
- Proven track record in Sales and business development
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred
- Experience in the creative or photography industry is a plus
