Role Overview We are seeking a Product Manager to guide the development and scaling of digital software products. This role involves recognizing customer needs, creating a product vision, building roadmaps, and executing the product strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position requires a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Launch and scale products by defining vision, roadmaps, and success metrics.
* Utilize AI tools to accelerate product discovery, decision-making, and execution.
* Translate customer and business needs into requirements and user stories.
* Lead cross-functional teams within an agile, collaborative environment.
* Communicate clearly to provide direction through written and verbal updates.
* Manage and update user-facing digital experiences using enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS).

Required Qualifications
*
* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Business, or a related field.
*
* Experience:

** 5+ years of product management experience, including digital software development.
** Technical

Skills:

** Demonstrated ability with data-driven thinking, enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), and agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with consumer-facing services.
* Experience with in the hospitality or technology industries.
* Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
* Familiarity with analytics and research tools such as Adobe, Contentsquare, and Tableau.
* Knowledge of experimentation, design, Dev Ops, and test automation principles.
