Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $45.00 to $50.00 per hour.

• Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and support strategic business initiatives.
• Develop financial analyses and business cases that support evaluation of new opportunities and investments.
• Assist with strategic planning projects by gathering data analyzing trends and supporting execution efforts.
• Prepare presentations and reports that communicate findings recommendations and business insights to stakeholders.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while tracking progress identifying risks and meeting key deliverables.

• 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting investment analysis corporate development or related fields.
• Demonstrate strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex business opportunities.
• Possess experience conducting market research competitive assessments and business performance analysis.
• Communicate effectively through strong written verbal and presentation skills.
• Must live within 25 miles of Glendale

• Translate detailed information into clear strategic recommendations and executive level narratives.
• Apply critical thinking and problem solving skills to support business growth initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Manage competing priorities successfully in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
• Bring experience within retail licensing consumer products market research or financial strategy environments considered beneficial.
