Yoh has an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join our global consumer-facing client. This role will own a defined area of the digital product portfolio, leading product priorities from discovery and roadmap development through execution, launch, and performance measurement. The Product Manager will partner closely with engineering, analytics, design, and business stakeholders to deliver digital experiences that solve customer needs and support broader business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have previous product management experience in a digital, eCommerce, retail, or consumer technology environment, with demonstrated ability to prioritize work, make informed tradeoffs, and drive initiatives from concept through measurable outcomes.

Compensation: $45-54/hr, DoE

Type: 12-Month Contract

Position Overview The Product Manager will own a defined product area and be responsible for shaping priorities, managing the roadmap, and delivering measurable business and customer outcomes.

This individual will operate with a high degree of autonomy within their assigned scope while collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, including identifying customer and business problems, evaluating data and market insights, defining requirements, managing tradeoffs, and guiding initiatives through the software development lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be comfortable making decisions in a fast‑moving environment and will use data, customer insights, experimentation, and sound product judgment to continuously improve the digital experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the product vision and priorities for a defined area of a customer‑facing digital platform.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that connects broader business strategy to actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical work using customer impact, business value, data, technical feasibility, and available capacity.
  • Own performance goals for the assigned product area and monitor results using product metrics, analytics, and customer feedback.
  • Gather and synthesize customer insights, stakeholder needs, market trends, competitive information, and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
  • Clearly define product problems and investigate underlying causes before determining potential solutions.
  • Evaluate product opportunities by balancing customer value, usability, technical feasibility, business viability, effort, and risk.
  • Translate product strategy and business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and backlog priorities.
  • Partner closely with Engineering throughout planning and development to clarify requirements, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and resolve delivery challenges.
  • Drive product initiatives from discovery through development, testing, launch, and post‑release evaluation.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, scope changes, and competing priorities to keep initiatives moving toward agreed‑upon outcomes.
  • Partner with Design and UX teams to ensure digital experiences are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with customer needs.
  • Use experimentation, A/B testing, analytics, and customer feedback to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a strong quality bar for product releases and ensure features meet defined customer and business expectations.
  • Build effective relationships with business and technical stakeholders, communicating product priorities, decisions, progress, and tradeoffs clearly.
  • Proactively identify product issues, process improvements, and new opportunities within the assigned area.
  • Stay informed on evolving digital commerce, technology, customer behavior, and competitive trends relevant to the product portfolio.
Basic Qualifications
  • Previous professional experience in product management, preferably supporting digital products, eCommerce, retail technology, or another customer‑facing technology environment.
