Data Analyst
What You Will Do
Support the sourcing, contracting, and renewal activities for software, SaaS, IT services, and AI technology suppliers. Assist with supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase order creation, invoice payment assurance and procurement process compliance activities. Coordinate with Legal, IT Security, Data Privacy, Finance, Risk Management and business stakeholders to facilitate supplier reviews and contract approvals. Conduct market research, spend analysis, and supplier benchmarking to support strategic sourcing and cost optimization initiatives.
Be proficient in using CoPilot for research efforts.
Analyze supplier proposals, pricing, contract terms, and licensing models to identify risks, savings opportunities, and commercial recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, track project milestones, and ensure timely completion of procurement deliverables. Maintain procurement records, contract documentation, supplier data, and reporting metrics using enterprise procurement and contract management systems. Apply strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality support to internal customers and suppliers.

- Currently enrolled as a full‑time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, and/or related field
- Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer
- Duration:
Summer 2027 - Up to 40 hours per week
- Working Arrangements:
Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods - PLEASE NOTE that applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future
