• Oversee all on‑site construction activities from pre‑construction through project closeout to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams while maintaining clear communication with project managers and clients.
• Review contract drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals for coordination and compliance.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and maintain compliance with OSHA, local building codes, and regulations.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, control costs, and deliver accurate daily reports.
• Resolve on‑site issues proactively while upholding exceptional service and communication standards.
• Perform other duties as needed to support successful project delivery across residential, commercial, and medical builds.

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent with a general contractor.
• Strong background in commercial/residential construction, including knowledge of structural, MEP, site work, and finishes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑service orientation.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain) and familiarity with California building codes and permitting processes.
