Renewyx has partnered with a general contractor delivering HCAI and OSHPD regulated healthcare facility construction to identify a Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery across Glendale and Northridge, CA, in a fast paced General Contractor environment.
Looking for strong Construction Managers, Project Managers, or Assistant Superintendents with applicable experience. This is a strong fit for a construction professional with real HCAI/OSHPD project experience and the ability to keep pace with GC urgency.
The role:You'll take ownership of healthcare facility construction on-site across Glendale and Northridge, CA, navigating HCAI/OSHPD regulatory requirements while coordinating trades, schedule, and site performance from the ground up.
What you'll bring:- 8+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong experience with HCAI/OSHPD projects and requirements
- Comfort with the urgency of a General Contractor work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior healthcare or institutional facility experience
- Familiarity with DSA or similar regulatory bodies
- A background coordinating multiple trades on active hospital campuses
- $125,000 to $155,000, depending on experience
- A typical annual bonus of up to 5%
