Dream Works Animation TV Casting is seeking a proactive, organized and efficient individual who is interested in working in casting and talent relations for animated television shows.

"What would you say you do here?"
+ Handle multiple phone lines and daily communication with internal and external partners, agents, etc. (Take messages, check voicemail, etc.)
+ Manage a dynamic, high-volume calendar, including internal and external meetings.
+ Organize travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
+ Prepare meeting agendas and materials, as well as plan events.
+ Provide office admin support including supply orders and arrange for maintenance.
+ Update Administrative Documents, i.e. contact sheets
+ Draft exhibit G's, Taft Hartley's, and SAG Cast Lists.
+ Assist with script breakdowns and line counts.
+ Source actor voice samples.
+ Attend records as needed for production and marketing.
+ Maintain and organize digital files for Auditions and talent clips.
+ Maintain Casting Lists
+ Communicate with agencies
+ Schedule casting meetings with productions, executives and other partners.
"What do I need to have in order to do this job?"
+ Previous experience in a casting office environment
+ Strong organizational skills, focus and follow-through
+ High-level attention to detail and ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
+ Strong writing skills
+ Superb communication skills (oral and written) with a confident, concise and clear manner
+ Must display ability to maintain confidential/sensitive information
+ Strong working knowledge of applications including Google Mail and Docs, Word, Excel and Adobe

+ Bachelor's Degree in related field
+ Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
+ Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Hybrid:
This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
