About the Role

We're hiring to support the Campus Support Center team in Glendale, CA. You will work to help improve patient outreach and care coordination.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients for a variety of care‑related needs, including:

+ Confirming pharmacy medication refills

+ Scheduling annual wellness visits

+ Conducting ER outreach for patients with frequent emergency room usage

+ Calling about new authorizations

+ Assisting with additional outreach projects assigned by leadership

This position requires flexibility and comfort navigating different types of patient conversations.

Who We're Looking For

+ Basic Excel skills - able to hide, copy, paste, and filter data

+ Insurance verification experience

+ Authorization processing experience

+ Strong data entry skills with accuracy and speed

+ Excellent communication and customer service style

+ Ability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays after training

This is a Contract position based out of Glendale, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
