Customer Service Representative (Bilingual – Spanish) | Personal Injury Law Firm A fast-paced and growing personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, personable, and thrives in a high-volume call environment.

THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE WEEKEND WORK
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Availability required Monday through Sunday (5 days per week, 8 hour per day / schedule will vary)

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Conduct initial intake and accurately qualify prospective clients
• Maintain detailed and organized call logs
• Transfer qualified leads to management or intake specialists
• Participate in intake and team meetings
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented

• Prior experience in a call center or legal environment is a plus
