USC Transportation is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to be the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, parents and visitors, delivering friendly, high-quality customer service at the gate.
You will process parking transactions, manage event reservations, provide directions, resolve issues quickly, supervise gate areas, and coordinate with campus police as needed; a valid CA driver's license is required.
