Chemistry Instructor

This is a full-time, tenure-track, 10-month classroom teaching position in the Division of Physical Sciences, with a current load of 15 instructional hours per week. Faculty are expected to hold office hours, participate in professional activities, curriculum development, and campus committees. Courses may be onsite, online, or hybrid, including evening and Saturday classes.

Qualifications include a Master’s in chemistry or a Bachelor’s in chemistry/biochemistry plus a Master’s in related fields, or equivalent. Desirable qualifications include teaching experience, LMS proficiency, curriculum development, experience with underrepresented students, innovative pedagogy, and distance education experience.

Salary ranges from $70,667 to $97,835 annually, depending on education and experience. Application materials required include a resume, cover letter, and official transcripts, with specific instructions for foreign transcripts.
