• Wage: $19 per hour.
Brains and Motion Education seeks experienced summer camp instructors to serve as floaters who cover call‑offs across multiple camp locations. The successful candidate will assist fellow teachers, perform administrative tasks, and ensure a fun, safe environment for children.
Responsibilities- Instruct and manage a group of campers.
- Utilize subject‑specific expertise and the existing curriculum.
- Ensure the personal growth of each camper, providing a positive, enriching, fun and safe experience.
- Communicate clearly with campers and their parents.
- Recognize and resolve conflicts between campers.
- Assist with equipment inventory as needed.
- Work at multiple campsites within a region as directed by the Program Manager.
- At least one year of experience in a camp environment.
- Knowledgeable and passionate about coaching and teaching children.
- Ability to work with kids in grades TK-8.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Organized and efficient with effective classroom management.
- Reliable transportation and a valid government‑issued photo .
- Background check required.
- Ability to lift and carry 20-50 lbs. occasionally.
- Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Wage: $19 per hour.
Hours:
up to 40 hours per week. Job Type: Full-time, seasonal.
