The International Armenian Network (IAN) is helping build the next phase of All-ASA by expanding beyond campuses to create a unified, global network of students, alumni, and professionals.

About All-ASA (All-Armenian Student Association)

About All-ASA (All-Armenian Student Association) is the largest Armenian student organization in the United States, representing over 50 chapters across the country. Founded with a mission to unify, lead, and empower Armenian students in the diaspora, All-ASA connects students with their cause, community, and culture — and provides pathways to academic and professional success through its Mentorship, Internship, and Scholarship programs.

About

the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and driven Programs Coordinator to manage and grow All-ASA's Mentorship, Internship, and Scholarship programs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with students, and is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities.

What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end application process for Mentorship, Internship, and Scholarship programs — from promotion to applicant review

  • Facilitate mentorship matching, track consent forms, and handle reassignments as needed
  • Coordinate with faculty review committees and the Steering Board to support scholarship decisions
  • Conduct regular check-ins with All-ASA Leadership and the Executive Board to report on program progress
  • Send program surveys, analyze feedback, and continuously improve the participant experience
  • Maintain financial records, track receipts, draft budgets, and ensure donors receive tax-deductible letters
  • Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen all programs
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, project management, or a related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in student services, education, or community organizations is a plus
  • Familiarity with scholarship, mentorship, or internship program management preferred
What We're Looking For
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and data management
  • Passionate about student development and community building
Why Join Us
  • Make a direct impact on students' academic and professional journeys
  • Work with a passionate, mission-driven team
  • Opportunity to grow and shape programs from the ground up
