Position: Noncredit Basic Skills Mathematics Adjunct Instructor

Position Overview

Part‑time Basic Skills Mathematics Instructor to teach Adult Basic and Secondary Education in the Student Success Center. Responsibilities include instruction in GED/HiSET test preparation, GCC Adult High School Diploma, Concurrent High School Credit Recovery/Advancement, Basic Skills, and College Readiness.

Responsibilities
  • Coach basic skills students in mathematics.
  • Create and teach short‑term, small‑group High School Equivalency preparation classes such as basic algebra, geometry, and statistics.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in mathematics, or Bachelor's degree in mathematics and Master's in education.

Hourly Range

Hourly Range $79.98 - $90.60
