As an Instructional Aide, you'll play a key role in assisting teachers and school staff, ensuring students have the academic, behavioral, and social support they need to thrive. These positions are perfect for caring and reliable professionals who value meaningful, hands‑on work in school settings.
Position Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students within classroom environments
- Implement teacher-directed activities and behavior plans, following IEPs as needed
- Assist with daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation
- Support students with personal care, mobility, and supervision as directed
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all learners
- Follow health and safety and district protocols at all times
- High school diploma or GED and minimum age of 18
- Completion of TB test (per school requirements)
- Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally assist with lifting
- Current clearances (or willingness to obtain before starting work)
- Previous work in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
- Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus, but not required
- Dependable, patient, and collaborative attitude

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
