Kids Fitness Coach and Birthday Party Attendant

We are Hiring:
Little Gym Instructor

Join a team dedicated to nurturing confident kids ages 4 months to 12 years with movement-based learning and imaginative play. This role involves teaching classes, engaging families, and maintaining a safe, fun environment.

• Introduce kids to the fun of education and play within The Little Gym's learning environment.
• Teach classes using the proven curriculum and teaching method, with training provided.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
• Create a warm, educational environment for children in each class.
• Make sure each child has a positive experience each week.
• Move actively throughout the day, achieving personal health goals.
• Participate in program events such as camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, and birthday parties.

• Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or related field preferred.
• Passionate about serving others and creating a fun, engaging atmosphere.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to connect with children and parents.
• Ability to lead, energize, and motivate in a fast-paced setting.
• Good organizational and teamwork skills.

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour. Additional benefits include paid training, flexible schedule, and the chance to be part of a global community.
