Position: Assistant Professor of Marketing (Tenure-Track)

The USC Marshall School of Business, Department of Marketing at the University of Southern California, invites applications for a tenure‑track faculty position in either Consumer Behavior or Quantitative Marketing with an expected start date of August 16, 2027. Applicants must hold a doctorate in Marketing or a closely related field or be ABD with completion expected prior to joining. Candidates should provide evidence of outstanding research productivity and strong teaching ability, with a promise of continued productivity in the area of marketing.

Salary is highly competitive and commensurate with qualifications. The annual base salary range for this position is $179,260‑$276,156. Full‑time faculty receive a robust employee benefits package. When extending an offer of employment, the University considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, and external market and organizational considerations.
