Senior Data Engineer

Job Description: As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights. • Pay Rate: $90 - $95

• The engineer will work heavily on:
  Consuming data from internal APIs
• Loading into (Neo4j) via Cypher
• Performing set theory operations within Neo4j
• Supporting and scaling a graph-based data pipeline

Note:

This is not a graph modeling / architect-level role, although modeling understanding is useful.

• Neo4j / Graph Database Experience
• Airflow (or a similar orchestration framework, but willingness to quickly adopt Airflow is required)
• Python
• API consumption experience (REST calls, GETs, extraction patterns)

• Experience with relational DBs (MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, SQL Server)
• Snowflake experience (used elsewhere, not critical for this role)
• Broader data engineering skills (ETL, data modeling, SQL pipelines)

• Strong interpersonal communication
• Solid presence for distributed meetings
• Ability to voice technical opinions with clarity
• Works well in Agile/Scrum, attends ceremonies, communicates blockers
• Not expected to lead stakeholder communication — the IC is insulated and works through product
