12+ mo. - Work Environment: 2 days w/ potential for 4 days in Glendale
- Pay Rate: $90 - $95

Responsibilities- The engineer will work heavily on:
Consuming data from internal APIs - Loading into (Neo4j) via Cypher
- Performing set theory operations within Neo4j
- Supporting and scaling a graph-based data pipeline
Note:
This is not a graph modeling / architect-level role, although modeling understanding is useful.
- Neo4j / Graph Database Experience
- Airflow (or a similar orchestration framework, but willingness to quickly adopt Airflow is required)
- Python
- API consumption experience (REST calls, GETs, extraction patterns)
- Experience with relational DBs (MySQL, Postgre
SQL, SQL Server) - Snowflake experience (used elsewhere, not critical for this role)
- Broader data engineering skills (ETL, data modeling, SQL pipelines)
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Solid presence for distributed meetings
- Ability to voice technical opinions with clarity
- Works well in Agile/Scrum, attends ceremonies, communicates blockers
- Not expected to lead stakeholder communication — the IC is insulated and works through product
