Support Engineering Design and Project Execution
Support engineering design and project execution efforts for custom structural and mechanical systems. Coordinate with senior engineers, drafters, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the company’s high standards.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering from an ABET‑accredited university.
- 3+ years of engineering experience in a project‑based environment.
- Familiarity with building materials such as steel, aluminum, and reinforced plastics.
- Experience with Solid Works, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools like MS Project.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- EIT certification preferred; PE license is a plus.
Lead and oversee the full life cycle of engineering projects across themed entertainment, structural design, and mechanical systems. Manage scope, budget, timeline, and team performance while working directly with clients and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience managing engineering projects, preferably in the themed entertainment or construction industry.
- Experience with structural and mechanical systems and multi‑discipline coordination.
- Proven success managing budgets over $1M and leading cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit and SAP 2000 is a plus.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Lead design and analysis of mechanical components and systems associated with high‑performance ride simulators. Develop, plan, manage, and support engineering proposals, budgets, and project tasks. Perform critical engineering analysis.
Skills / Requirements- Degreed mechanical, aerospace or equivalent engineer.
- Professional Engineer licensed in the State of FL.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience at all levels of design, analysis, and manufacturing, including machine design, mechanisms, precision machining, weldments, structural, vibration and fatigue analysis, and GD&T.
- Proficient in Solid Works v14, ANSYS Mechanical v16, Math Cad v15, MS Project v2013, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Senior Mechanical Engineer: 5+ years of experience.
Full‑time senior structural engineer with 5+ years of experience in building design. Must have a P.E. license registered with the State of Florida and experience with a wide variety of structural materials and building types, with emphasis on steel and concrete.
Responsible for managing project scope, coordinating with other structural team members, mechanical engineers, and other disciplines, and providing excellent client service.
5+ years working knowledge with SAP 2000, SAFE, and ETABS required; experience in Revit and AutoCAD preferred.
