Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Patent Agent to join the Patent Prosecution and Litigation Practice Group in Glendale, CA. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering or software, with experience in patent prosecution and litigation.
Duties- Draft and prosecute patent applications.
- Collaborate with the Electrical Engineering and Software Team.
- Engage in patent litigation support activities.
- Analyze wireless communication standards, including 5G, 6G, and 3
GPP.
- 2-6 years of legal experience in patent prosecution.
- Admitted to the USPTO.
- Experience in computer science or electrical engineering.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Organizational and analytical abilities.
Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
CertificationsUSPTO registration.
Skills- Experience with wireless communication standards.
- Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus.
