Be Apart of Something Great - Structural Engineer OpportunityWe are a growing structural engineering team managing a diverse and steady flow of work—typically around 30 active projects at any given time. We collaborate closely with architects, guide junior engineers and drafters, and take pride in delivering technically sound, well‑coordinated structural solutions. We are looking for a Structural Engineer who brings strong technical capability, a proactive mindset, and a desire to take ownership of full project deliverables.
You’ll design with CMU, reinforced and post‑tensioned concrete, and steel framing, giving you a broad technical foundation that accelerates your career.

Core Responsibilities:
- Handle core engineering calculations, sketches, and drafting coordination with guidance from the project lead.
- Structural design and analysis for single-family, multi-family, city projects.
- Communicate with clients on project‑related questions and updates.
- Collaborate with and help direct engineers and drafting staff.
- Ensure the technical accuracy and quality of all work produced.
- For other assignments, work closely with the designated project lead.
- Perform structural modeling and analysis using ETABS, SAFE, SAP
2000.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- 7 or more years of experience in structural design.
- Experienced in single‑family homes, multi‑family buildings, municipal projects, and commercial TI work.
- PE license in the state of California, SE preferred.
