SEC Reporting Lead

We are assisting one of Southern California's premier financial institution with their search for a SEC Reporting Lead. This role is responsible for coordinating and preparing SEC financial statements and disclosures, partnering with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting.

  Glendale, CA - onsite
• Compensation: $120k-$140k plus bonus

• Prepare and review monthly consolidated financial statements and variance analyses.
• Review internal reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with SEC and non-GAAP requirements.
• Monitor and interpret new accounting standards and regulatory guidance (FASB, SEC) and support implementation.
• Assist with external audits, including financial statements and footnote support.
• Support process improvements and special reporting projects.

• 4–6 years of public accounting and/or public company SEC reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Banking experience and CPA preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
