** Director, Stock Administration
** to lead the company’s global equity function and continue building equity programs and processes that support Service Titan’s global growth. This position will report to the company’s VP, Deputy General Counsel – Corporate, M&A, and Securities, and be part of a growing Global Legal team. The Director, Stock Administration will be responsible for administering Service Titan’s equity plans, serving as the face of the global Equity function for all Titans, and executing the day-to-day activities necessary to maintain and expand Service Titan’s equity programs.

This position will partner with Finance, People, Accounting, and other internal teams, as well as work closely with third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in stock plan administration for a U.S. public company and demonstrate a high level of ownership and attention to detail while delivering high-quality work. This position is remote, with limited travel to our Glendale, CA headquarters for team meetings or special projects as needed.

What You’ll Do:

* Manage all aspects of Service Titan’s global equity programs, including (i) the grant, exercise, vesting, release, transfer, modification, and termination of all stock options, RSUs and PSUs via E TRADE’s Equity Edge Online (EEO), and (ii) delivery of grant communications, tracking employee grant acceptance and taxpayer status certifications, and following up with Titans as needed.
* Manage ESPP enrollment and purchases via EEO.
* Create training materials for,  and respond to questions and issues from, Titans around the world regarding our equity programs.
* Develop and maintain (i) written policies and procedures to address common situations and questions as Service Titan continues to grow, (ii) an internal equity site that houses resources and FAQs related to Service Titan’s equity programs, and (ii) an AI-powered chatbot that can respond to common equity questions.
* Partner with Payroll, Legal, and external advisors to set, periodically update, and execute tax with holdings for all equity transactions globally (including mobile Titans who may be subject to withholding in multiple jurisdictions).
* Reconcile the Company’s equity award activity against the EEO platform on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
* Partner with the Legal, People, Finance, Accounting and Payroll teams, PwC (Service Titan’s external auditors) and Computershare (Service Titan’s transfer agent) to provide equity reporting, including with respect to equity-related disclosures in our S-8, 10-Q, 10-K and Proxy Statement filings with the SEC.
* Collaborate with internal and external advisors to (i) establish new equity programs, and related policies and procedures, as Service Titan expands internationally, and (ii) track, monitor and comply with international equity reporting deadlines.
* Lead efforts to streamline recurring equity work  and enable more efficient, accurate and timely processing of equity plan data, including automating processes with AI functionality.
* Partner with Legal to (i) track beneficial ownership and oversee proper filing of required Form 4 documents for Section 16 officers, (ii) maintain opening and closing of the insider trading windows and Section 16 officer trade restrictions in E TRADE,  (iii) track executive 10b5-1 plan transactions and provide Investor Relations and other teams with visibility into potential transactions, and (iv) help execute executive estate planning and similar transactions and transfers.
* Manage preparation of year-end E TRADE requirements and employee tax statements.
