Role DescriptionCCRC is seeking an Asset Manager to join its Glendale-based team in a hybrid work environment. This individual will oversee and monitor a portfolio of multifamily affordable housing loans held or serviced by CCRC while supporting the long-term health and performance of the portfolio.
The Asset Manager will be responsible for analyzing property and loan performance, monitoring borrower compliance, preparing loan reviews and risk ratings, and supporting investor reporting and servicing requirements. This role will work closely with internal leadership, borrowers, investors, and servicing partners to ensure portfolio performance and compliance standards are maintained.

Qualifications- 5+ years of experience within multifamily housing asset management, affordable housing finance, underwriting, lending, or real estate finance
- Strong understanding of multifamily underwriting, credit analysis, and financial statement analysis
- Experience working with affordable housing financing structures strongly preferred, including:
- Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC)
- Tax-exempt bond financing
- Section 8
- Agency/GSE lending programs
- Federal, state, or local affordable housing programs
- Ability to analyze multifamily operating performance, reserve balances, vacancy trends, and property financials
- Experience managing or monitoring multifamily loan portfolios
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-starter capable of managing priorities independently within a collaborative team environment
- Analyze financial performance and operating trends across an assigned multifamily affordable housing portfolio
- Monitor borrower compliance with loan agreements and servicing requirements
- Prepare and manage loan reviews, risk ratings, and portfolio monitoring reports
- Review financial statements, operating reports, reserve balances, insurance, property taxes, and inspection reports
- Monitor watchlist and non-performing loans to identify risks and recommend corrective actions
- Support borrower consent requests including reserve distributions, ownership transfers, and property management changes
- Coordinate with investors regarding reporting requirements and servicing matters
- Maintain accurate portfolio information within the Asset Management database
- Assist with special projects, portfolio initiatives, and loan sale support as needed

Base salary range: $109,000 - $154,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
