California Community Reinvestment Corporation (CCRC) is seeking an Asset Manager to join its Glendale team in a hybrid work environment. This role will oversee a portfolio of multifamily affordable housing loans, monitor performance, and support investor reporting and servicing requirements.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in affordable housing finance, strong underwriting and financial analysis skills, and familiarity with LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds, Section 8, and agency lending programs.
