VP, Mortgage Loan Officer

California Credit Union is seeking a VP, Mortgage Loan Officer to drive mortgage growth and deepen relationships with educators and school employees across Southern California. You will source, develop, and close residential mortgage and refinance business, advise members on tailored home financing solutions, and manage a strong referral network of realtors, builders, and community partners. In this senior role, you'll champion member-focused service, ensure compliant, high-quality loan files, mentor junior originators, and represent the credit union at school and community events.
