Glen Park Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to assist our residents in daily living activities, creating a supportive, healthy environment where they can thrive.

As a Direct Care Staff member, you will assist elderly residents, convalescents, and individuals with disabilities in a care facility setting. Your responsibilities will include supporting daily living activities, helping to maintain a clean living environment, and participating in the nutritional, personal care, and social aspects of our residents' lives.

• Daily Living Support:
  Provide assistance with activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
• Meal Assistance:
  Help serve meals at mealtimes and snacks as needed.
• Activities Program Participation:
  Engage in and support the facility’s Activities Program to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Ongoing Training:
  Attend monthly and quarterly in-services provided by the facility, totaling one hour per month and twelve hours per year.
• Certifications:
  
  Maintain current CPR and First Aid training.

• Align performance with the facility’s Program Design.
• Complete specialized training for working with these residents.
• Achieve goals outlined in each resident's Individual Program Plan (IPP).
• Maintain detailed progress notes to track accomplishments of IPP objectives.

• Live-Scan Fingerprint Clearance
• CPR/First Aid Certificate
