About the RoleThe Medical Sales position based in Los Angeles, CA, is a critical role focused on driving the growth and adoption of our Respiratory medical products within healthcare facilities and professional practices across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of our medical solutions.
This role requires a deep knowledge of medical products and the healthcare industry to provide tailored solutions that improve patient outcomes. The position demands a strategic approach to sales, including territory management, market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets. Ultimately, the role aims to enhance the company's market presence while supporting healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care through innovative medical products.

- Bachelor’s degree, or related sales experience
- Proven experience in medical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Medicare DME services.
- Valid Drivers License with reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screen, physical and background check.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in clinics, and medical practices to promote product adoption.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals on product features and benefits.
- Manage the sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
