Overview
Our Client is looking for someone that has experience with administrative duties (non‑clinical) within a call center or medical front office setting assisting with inbound calls from patients. The ideal candidate has been in the industry for 2+ years, is comfortable with repetitive work, and assists patients via telephone. Clear understanding of how HMOs work within a medical group or health system is required.
Key ResponsibilitiesTypical responsibilities include handling inbound calls, performing data entry, managing patient demographics, verifying insurance, and providing patient services support.

CompensationThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
