Residential In-Home Care | Vision Life

Vision Life provides in-home care support for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges who choose to continue working toward their care goals in a residential home setting.

We are currently seeking a reliable, patient, and adaptable Direct Support Professional to support a client in Glendale. This position requires open availability, with priority coverage needed in the afternoon and evening hours.

• PRIMARY NEED: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 24-hour coverage available — 7 days a week
• Open availability strongly preferred

• Experience or interest in supporting individuals with disabilities and behavioral challenges
• Calm, patient, and adaptable in a residential setting
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling and varied shifts
• Able to provide personal care and daily living support
• DSP or in-home caregiving experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent

• Provide direct support in a residential in-home environment
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support behavioral goals and structured routines
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
