Key Responsibilities Evaluate and investigate global complaint information and escalate as necessary Prepare and submit Medical Device Reporting (MDR) reports to the FDA Lead investigations of complaints and manage customer relationships during the resolution process
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus three years of experience in complaint handling and MDR evaluation, or equivalent work experience Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or related industry Proficient knowledge of medical terms and human anatomy Strong knowledge of 21 CFR 820 & 803 regulations
Experience with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) related to complaint filing
