Unique opportunity to travel to assisted living facilities in Southern California to perform vision exams.
This unique eyecare opportunity would involve taking lightweight mobile equipment with you to different assisted living facilities and performing routine vision exams on the geriatric population. Make a difference in the lives of your patients, earn $600 per diem base pay for working just 6 hours per day! Mileage and gas are reimbursed. Flexible scheduling means creating a work/life balance that fits your needs.
Overview- No weekends
- 8 am – 2 pm daily
- Mobile equipment provided
- Routine vision exams
- $600 per diem
- Extra $100 per day for gas
- Mileage reimbursed $0.60 per mile
- Health insurance
- 401K
- Malpractice insurance
- Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.)
- Valid CA optometry license
- Driver’s license
- Willing and able to drive around the area for work
- Passion for caring for the geriatric population
